Hey Gordo, I’ve been reading your Substack for what seems like 2 years now?? Crazy. Please keep the content coming it’s great. My question for you is are you factoring in your strength work into your TSS on your PMC?

Hi Tom,

I use 1 point per minute of strength training, including rest interval. Because my week is dominated by aerobic volume, the way I score strength doesn't have much of an impact. With plyometrics, I bump the scoring method of 2 points per minute, including rest.
